1. I think shes depressed because rachel or rachelle was her friend for 9 years. How can you ditch someone that you practically spent your whole life with. And people who dont even know her hate her. And her only friend is leaving her slowly and sometimes gets real mad. And when i mean leaving he ri mean the club that she's joining.
2. Because everytime someone yells at her about it. She nevers tells what happened because she feels like her throat has been shut. So people hate her because of the fact she called the police. Some kids were even arrested but no one knows why she called the cops and think she did it to reuin the party.
3. How are we susposed to know if we havent got that far? But ive heard she was raped
1.) I think that Melinda is depressed because no one not even her best friend will talk to her. I think that she is giving up on her self alot, and loosing hope. I think that she really doesn't want to try to make anything of her self tight now. I really hope that she changes in the book.
2.) I think that because of her stopping the party by calling the cops really got to lose her friends because, I guess everyone else was enjoying the party, but she didn't like what was going on. I don't think that it fair, her friends really don't have a good enough reason to hate her and make her feel bad about it so far in the school year.
